Best of Our Blogs: February 1, 2019

I’m always interested in alternative forms of healing especially as supplementary tools to aid more mainstream treatments.

Upon listening to an autoimmune summit, for example, I learned of a nonprofit which provides healing music for free on its site HealthTunes.org. It’s fun to peruse their playlist which includes sounds that help with everything from anxiety to insomnia.

The music is soothing, and it’s an easy and fun way to take care of myself.
