Best of Our Blogs: January 15, 2019

I love when mainstream media covers mental illness is a positive way. It normalizes what we’re all experiencing and yet many still feel scared, ashamed and afraid to talk about it.

We still have a lot of work to do when it comes to destigmatizing mental illness, but when I read accurate and compassionate articles like the ones in O magazine and of course our posts here, I’m hopeful.
