Best of Our Blogs: January 4, 2018

One of the things I was forced to do in the new year is address my ever expanding inbox. Amazingly, I’ve accumulated years of useless documents. All those irrelevant files were taking valuable real estate on my computer eating away space for things I really wanted to keep.

But it’s not just computer files. How many of us participate in habitual routines that block our potential for the things we really want and need?

This is a great time to take stock. Ask yourself why you do the things you do. Are the activities that fill your day working for you? Are the people you spend the most time with the ones that you truly want to be with? What could you be doing instead?
