I mistakenly believed that life would get less busy once my kids were in school. Although that hasn’t happened yet, I realized that life will only get busier because there will always be after school activities, work opportunities, and family gatherings.

Like everything that’s important, the time to make time for what matters is now.

Even amidst the crazy, busy, overwhelm of your every day life, you can set up time to rest or do something for yourself. An inability to do so indicates a deeper problem.
